1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount.
- Gift cards.
- Custom or personalized orders.

3. Return Process
a. Request a Return

- The reason for the return.
- Photos of the item, if applicable.
b. Return Authorization
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send your item back without receiving a return authorization number.
c. Shipping Your Return
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
a. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at returns@warlitribe.com with your order number and details about the defect or damage.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at returns@warlitribe.com. Include your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photos if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@warlitribe.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return.
